High level of Overall Satisfaction at Durham

We're proud to have achieved an Overall Satisfaction score of 87.3% in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2020, the highest level of Overall Satisfaction in both the Russell Group and amongst higher education institutions in the North East of England.

National Student Survey
The National Student Survey (NSS) is an independent annual survey that evaluates how satisfied final-year students are with the quality of their experience at university.
Students rate their satisfaction in eight areas: teaching; assessment and feedback; academic support; organisation and management; learning resources; personal development, Students’ Union, and overall satisfaction.
